Refund Policy for Lifetime Deals
At our company, we aim to provide the best possible service and product experience for all our customers. However, due to the nature of Lifetime Deals, our refund policy for these purchases is different from our standard refund policy for other products.

We do not offer refunds for Lifetime Deals. This policy is in place due to several reasons:
- Immediate Value and Access: Upon purchase of a Lifetime Deal, customers gain immediate access to all features and benefits of the product for life. This includes access to all updates and support without any recurring fees. The value delivered from day one is substantial and ongoing.
- Usage and Migration: We have observed instances where users have purchased Lifetime Deals, utilized the full extent of the product, including migrating large sites and data, and then requested refunds. This practice is not sustainable and undermines the value we aim to provide to all customers.
- Fairness to All Customers: Offering refunds on Lifetime Deals would lead to increased costs, which would ultimately be passed on to other customers. To maintain fair pricing and sustainability, we must adhere to this no-refund policy.
- Product Suitability: We strongly encourage customers to thoroughly use our free version first, read the product description, evaluate the features, and ensure the software meets their needs and is compatible with their environment before purchasing a Lifetime Deal.
- Consumer Rights: This refund policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights. For example, if the product description clearly states a feature that does not exist in the software, you may still invoke your consumer rights.
